LENZCURE is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with experience in pharmaceutical sales and distribution. The role involves managing client relationships, expanding market presence, and supporting consistent business growth across domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and distribution networks, along with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, importers, and healthcare partners
  • Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
  • Promote pharmaceutical product portfolio across assigned territories
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, documentation, and delivery
  • Support export and regulatory processes in alignment with market requirements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with clients
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic segments
  • Experience working with distributors or export markets is preferred
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and coordinate across teams
  • Familiarity with documentation and compliance processes in pharma sales
