Job Description
LENZCURE is looking for a meticulous Quality Control Analyst to join our laboratory team. The primary focus is to ensure the safety, efficacy, and quality of our pharmaceutical products by performing rigorous analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished formulations according to established standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, deep technical knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest levels of compliance in a GMP-certified environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products using HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometry.
- Ensure all laboratory documentation is recorded accurately and in full compliance with GMP and GLP standards.
- Conduct stability testing and maintain detailed records of product shelf-life assessments.
- Perform Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations and coordinate with the QA department for corrective actions.
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation to ensure reliable results.
- Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents and volumetric solutions.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to provide timely clearance for batch processing.
- Assist in the preparation of SOPs and technical reports as required.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the Quality Control department of a pharmaceutical formulation facility.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- In-depth knowledge of various pharmacopoeias including USP, IP, and BP.
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc in Chemistry or related pharmaceutical sciences.
- Proven expertise in operating and maintaining analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, and AAS.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work systematically within a structured, high-volume laboratory setting.
